How to Create and Manage Users in the Webuzo Admin Panel
On a Webuzo server, each website or customer usually gets its own user — a self-contained hosting account with its own login, files, email and databases. Creating and managing these accounts is one of the main jobs of the Admin Panel.
Create a new user
- Log in to the Webuzo Admin Panel.
- Open Users and choose Add User (or Create Account).
- Enter the username, email, a strong password and the primary domain.
- Assign a hosting package to apply its limits.
- Save. The account is created with its own Enduser Panel login.
Manage existing users
From Users → List Users you can:
- Log in to any account (no password needed) to help with support.
- Edit details, change the package, or reset a password.
- Suspend or delete an account — see suspending or unsuspending an account.
Good account habits
- Use a strong, unique password for every account.
- Keep each customer on a separate user for clean isolation.
- Encourage users to enable two-factor authentication.
Frequently asked questions
How do I access a user’s account to help them?
In List Users, click the login icon beside the account. Webuzo signs you into their Enduser Panel without their password.
What happens to a website when I delete its user?
Deleting a user removes the account and its data permanently. Always take a backup first.
Can I move an account to a different package?
Yes — edit the user and assign a new package to update its limits instantly.
