How to Log in to the Webuzo Enduser Panel

The Webuzo Enduser Panel is where you manage everything for your website — domains, email, files, databases and one-click apps. If you are new to Webuzo, logging in is the very first step, and it only takes a moment once you know the correct address.

This guide walks you through signing in to your Webuzo account, and covers the small hiccups people run into the first time.

Where to log in to Webuzo

The Enduser Panel runs on its own ports, separate from your website. Open your browser and go to one of these addresses, replacing YOUR-IP with your server’s IP address:

  • Secure (recommended): https://YOUR-IP:2003
  • Non-secure: http://YOUR-IP:2002

If VernalWeb has set up a panel alias for you, you may also be able to reach it at a friendlier address such as https://yourdomain.com:2003. Either way, the login screen is the same.

Signing in step by step

  1. Open your web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari all work fine).
  2. Type https://YOUR-IP:2003 into the address bar and press Enter.
  3. If your browser warns about the connection, that is just the self-signed panel certificate — choose Advanced and continue to the page.
  4. Enter the username and password from your welcome email.
  5. Click Login. You will land on the Webuzo dashboard.

If the login page will not open

Nine times out of ten this is a port or firewall issue rather than a wrong password. Try these quick checks:

  • If 2003 does not respond, try 2002 — some networks block one but not the other.
  • Make sure you typed the port after the IP (the :2003 part is essential).
  • Try a different network or your mobile data, in case your office or ISP blocks custom ports.

If none of that helps, it is best to let us check the server firewall for you — just open a support ticket with your username and IP.

What is the default Webuzo Enduser Panel port?

The Enduser Panel uses port 2003 for secure (HTTPS) access and 2002 for non-secure access. These are separate from your website’s ports 80 and 443.
