How to Access Webmail in Webuzo (Roundcube & SnappyMail)
Webmail lets you check your email from any browser, on any device, without setting up an email program. Webuzo includes friendly webmail clients such as Roundcube and SnappyMail, so your inbox is always a click away.
You will need a mailbox first — if you have not made one yet, see how to create an email account in Webuzo.
Two easy ways to open webmail
Option 1: From the Webuzo panel
- Log in to your Webuzo Enduser Panel.
- Open the Email section and click Webmail next to your mailbox.
- Pick Roundcube or SnappyMail and you are in — no extra password needed.
Option 2: Directly in your browser
- Go to
https://yourdomain.com/webmail(orhttps://yourdomain.com:2096). - Enter your full email address as the username, plus your mailbox password.
- Choose your preferred webmail app and sign in.
Roundcube or SnappyMail?
Both let you read, send, organise and search email. Roundcube is the classic, feature-rich option; SnappyMail is lighter and feels snappier on slower connections. Try both and use whichever you prefer.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use webmail and Outlook at the same time?
Yes. Set up your mail app with IMAP and both will stay in sync — see configuring Webuzo email in Outlook and on mobile.
Webmail says the login is wrong.
Use your full email address as the username, not just the part before the @. If it still fails, reset the mailbox password from the Email Accounts page.
Can I set an out-of-office reply in webmail?
Yes, but it is cleaner to use a proper autoresponder so it works even when you are not logged in.
