Have you ever noticed that the time on your emails doesn’t match your local time? It’s a common issue, but don’t worry – you can fix it! In cPanel’s webmail, you can adjust the time zone settings to make sure your emails show the right time. Let’s walk through the easy steps to do this.

We assume that you have access to your cPanel account and you are logged into your cPanel webmail.

How to Change the Time Zone in Roundcube

To change the time zone in Roundcube, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Roundcube.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Preferences, and then click User Interface.
  4. Select your time zone, and then click Save.

You’ve done it!

Check Your Updated Time Zone

  1. Go back to your inbox or any other part of webmail where you see the time on your emails.
  2. Check if the time now matches your local time. If it does, you’ve successfully fixed your time zone!

Great job! You’ve just made sure that your emails show the correct time. Now you won’t have to wonder if your messages were sent in the middle of the night. Remember, it’s always a good idea to double-check and make sure the time is right on your emails. Happy emailing!
