Written by VernalWeb

Almost all the Hosting Solution Providers are allowing several Add-on Domains with their Shared Hosting Services. Addon Domains are domains hosted on that same Hosting Account. Add-on Domains do not get a separate cPanel Account but can get FTP Account associated with it. Here is a step by step guide on ‘How to create/remove Addon Domains‘

Create Addon Domain

To manage your addon domain, you need to log into your cPanel using your Username and Password.

cPanel
Step 1: In the Search field, search for Domains option and click on it.
Step 2: On the mid right corner, Click on the Create A New Domain button.
Step 3: Write your domain name in the Domain field.
Step 4: Uncheck the Share document root (Recommended) & Directory field will appear. Write your directory name for the domain name you are trying to add.
Step 5: Hit the Submit button. You are done.

Remove Addon Domain

Step 1: In the Domains section, find the domain you want to remove and click on Manage button.
Step 2: Click on the Remove Domain.
